Hello Ladies,
Welcome to the Inspired Migrant Women in Business Association, a new Networking Association created specifically to support migrant women entrepreneurs and aspiring ones. As a small business owner and woman of colour from an ethnic minority background myself, residing both in the UK and Ireland, I totally understand the constant struggles and challenges faced by migrant women operating small businesses.
I am no stranger to obstacles standing in my ways, and I'm also not one who want to be defined by those obstacle so I'm continually looking for solutions to solve those problems and being able to create an association that is migrant women specific is part of the solutions and I'm so thrilled about, it is more or less part a fulfilled desire to build a thriving community that is dedicated to migrant women globally. I wanted to provide a platform whereby migrant women from various countries can come together to support each other, connect and collaborate with one another and flourish together both personally and professionally.
I know the importance of community and about service to others, having created similar platforms for women in general, from EveryWoman TV and the EveryWoman TV's Global Awards.to publishing over a dozen Anthologies around various themes from Covid Pandemic, Gratitude and with more than 750 women worldwide being published in those books. I have also worked with more than 150 Migrant women residing in the Republic of Ireland, resulting in three seperate publications documenting their lived experience in Ireland.
I want to continue to be a woman that inspires other women from diverse cultures to take action either to better themselves, their family and community or actions to grow their businesses. I have created the various platforms to serve also as a safe media space for them to express their voices and gain more visibility. With this Association, I'm looking forward to work with and share knowledge with more women from diverse cultures regardless whether they have a business or not.

The IMWBA Directory is a Member's Directory and it is for the members of our migrant women association for them to use and showcase their businesses to the public. It is our way of supporting small businesses that are owned by migrant women including women from any ethnic backgrounds.
We want owners of businesses listed in our directory to see it not only as added advantage to be members of our associatin, but as a means such as market-place to showcase and promote and boost their online presence with their service/products and generate extra sales for themselves.
